Saritha K. is the Vice Principal and Assistant Professor of English at Al Shifa College of Arts and Science. She holds an MA, has qualified NET, and is currently pursuing her PhD at Karpagam Academy for Higher Education, Coimbatore. With over a decade of experience in academia, she has served at institutions like Noble Women’s College, Manjeri, and GEMS Arts and Science College, Ramapuram. Beyond her teaching profession, Saritha is a seasoned trainer and facilitator, having conducted over 200 training programs since 2009 across diverse sectors. Her expertise extends to corporate training, working with renowned organizations such as LIC of India, ICICI Pru, Bajaj Allianz, Reliance Life, and Kotakkal Arya Vaidya Sala. She has also trained members of the All Kerala Bankers’ Association, State Bank of Travancore, Khadi Board Employees, and business professionals from Malabar Club and Vyapari Vyavasayi Association.
