Antony Joy is a distinguished Soft Skill Trainer and the founder of the AGNES Group, based in Thamarassery, Kozhikode, Kerala. With over 15 years of experience since 2009, Antony has established himself as a trusted professional in the field of personal and professional development. His expertise spans various domains, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), public speaking, staff empowerment, and leadership training. Antony is a JCI National Trainer and an NLP Grand Master Trainer, reflecting his high level of proficiency and recognition in his field.
Antony has authored two Malayalam books and aims to publish two more by the end of 2025, bringing his total publications to four. He is also committed to expanding his professional training services to at least 10 different countries by the same year.
