Rakesh T Nair is a seasoned trainer and coach with over a decade of experience focused on professional development for millennials and Gen Z. His mission is to provide accessible, high-quality, skill-based training globally. He believes in blending skill development with thought re-engineering for a balanced professional and personal life.

Mr. Nair began his training career in 2009. He is a certified training author and the recipient of the Best Trainer Award - India in 2022, and the Best Emerging Trainer Award of Kerala in 2022. He has conducted corporate and technical training in various countries including Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, and Dubai.

He is an International Certified Coach by Junior Chamber International, USA, and served as an International Digital Transformation committee member for Asia and Pacific in 2019. He has conducted over 400 training workshops, facilitated over 20,000 students, and is a guest faculty at the Institute for Management in Government (IMG) and a panel trainer for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
